Lesson 1  Transcript: DE Explained - Intro

  • Overview of why DE is so essential for us to understand at this point in time. This is based on;
    • Observation of how we do business and create societies, based on outmoded approaches.
    • Limited thoughts that life is fixed or that tradition is better than innovation or that we must avoid the chaos of change.
  • The universe is creative and therefore our imperative is to move with the flow of the creative universe.
    • We must become adept at riding the wind, the waves, to jump ahead and predict in ways that are exciting and innovative.
      • Limiting ourselves to fixed ideas keeps us tied to the past.
      • It is not enough to repeat – by observing the living system nature of life we see how this idea ceases to be of service.
    • Sharing ‘Energy waits to be noticed’ quote. “There is an energy waiting to express itself. Whilst it is unseen it is tellingly impactful and so alive in each of us. Our relationship to this energy influences what we’re experiencing, who we are becoming and what we are creating.”
  • Forming a conscious relationship to this energy does a number of things:
    • Gives us access to our inspiration
    • Gives us access to our imagination.
    • Gives us access to our creativity and our vision.
    • And to our deepest joy.
  • DE describes a Universe that exists to serve you and therefore, simultaneously, serves the gestalt of the collective community of life.
    • There is no sustainable way forward without being inclusive.
  • Two tenets of DE:
    • 1. Nothing is fixed. (energy moves: emotions move, thoughts move, body moves) RES.
    • 2. Energy waits to be noticed.
        1. When energy ‘sees itself’ Novelty emerges and possibilities become more apparent and reachable.
        2. Novelty – the place where we get informed by a meta-level of knowing – a greater perspective.
        3. When we see ideas, that energy gets stimulated. It is where we enter ‘numinous’ space.
        4. The gestalt of our ancestors, culture, old traditions changing to new ones, when the energy is noticed it explodes with power.
  • We are at the most exciting time to be aware of DE and to participate. There is so much to restore;
    • Governance, politics, business, ecology.
  • DE defined:
    • Phenomena of novelty arising when one or two elements meet. (energy seeing itself).
  • DE defined experientially:
    • Life is creative, it seeks to know itself, to become. It is the interplay between the seen and the unseen, the arising that can occur when we consciously engage with the phenomena of life arising.
  • Three elements for us to engage with DE, and participate:
    • Creativity, Courage and Curiosity.
      • These are the qualities that will help you stand out, and have satisfaction,  in any sphere of your life.
  • The above components are essential for understanding a new paradigm and be the shepherd for the new.
  • Brief review,
    • Intro to next video… the EXPERIENTIAL TRUTHS COMING UP.
  • Final word,
    • Notice how the physicality, the spontaneity, the synchronicity of life shows up for us so that we recognise ourselves as part of DE as co-creators with the universe, as the universe.

Lesson 2  Transcript: DE Explained - Experiential Truths

  • Because you are unique: Looking at the truths of your own novelty arising.
    • This is for you to tailor to honour what is true for you.
    • Discover what you can take from this, that opens you up.
    • Your creative courage is your passport to novelty.
  • Our educational process and its impacts:
    • The difficulty with our education is that it matches our childhood restrictions and limitations. It tends not enhance, or invite, our creative courage.
    • We need radical insight to ride the wave of necessary innovation.
      • Staying ahead of the curve is the way to stay involved.
  • 16 Experiential Truths (and counting!)
    1. Energy perpetuates itself.
      1. Energy has its own momentum (thoughts, emotions) – it will move where it wants to – and we can direct it – we can play with that.
    2. Our perception drives energy.
      1. How we see things tends to exacerbate that reality/perspective.
    3. We cannot escape that which we generate.
      1. The universe likes to confirm our perceptions.
    4. The Universe has a tendency to prove us right. Traditions are not a sustainable form of living as energy needs to move and reinvent itself.
    5. Our beliefs drive our experience of the energy.
    6. Our KNOWING BIAS influences our ways of understanding.
      1. We have a tendency to be either rational, emotional or sensory depending on what we are doing and what is influencing us.
    7. We are constantly becoming.
      1. Who are we at any given moment is a constant arising. There is never a good reason to give up on someone or on a good idea – but we might just need to adapt and change what we are thinking and expecting.
    8. Environments are contagious.
      1. Theory of resonance and fields of influence.
      2. We are not separate islands – we are connected to all the events and happenings around the world, both local and non-local.
      3. Collective Consciousness – creative collective.
    9. We change what we are experiencing the second we recognize what is true about our current state.
      1. Noticing how a mood changes and deciding to track it to find out what changed it for you. (FOI/Resonance). Alchemy.
      2. Habituation can create crystalization which can create stasis.
    10. Energy carries information.
    11. Collective evolution does not occur without our own.
      1. We are part of this matrix. Who we are being influences who we can all be and what we can each, and all, create. Becoming self-aware is the biggest gift we can give to everyone.
      2. We are never separate.
    12. The universe works with us to manifest our beliefs. It will always affirm our beliefs. We look for it to.
    13. We live in a chatty universe – it talks to us through our experiences, our circumstances, thoughts, beliefs, feelings and sensations. We live in an inter-realmic multiverse.
    14. We are intelligent because the universe is intelligent. We have a capacity for sensory Int., Emotional int., and rational. (We are intelligent because the planet is intelligent – I do not say this here)
    15. Our evolution is the evolution. Evolution is an expression of everything we do, consciously and unconsciously.
    16. The answer to everything is love.

Lesson 3  Transcript: DE Explained - The Components

  • The ways we can engage with DE – how it shows it’s there. To see what’s possible. What we will study in the modules, in greater depth.
    • FOI/Resonance, Consonance & Dissonance.
      • How we differ, and how our experience of ourselves, differs around different people.
    • Why DE matters right now – to change the dysfunction.
      • Consumerism, addiction, dysfunction, vs. joy, healthy boundaries.
    • Changing states of consciousness (what are we creating – do we like what we see?)
    • Ways of Knowing/Ways of Being. RES/Rational, Emotional & Sensory.
    • Cosmological beingness, in an inter-realmic multiverse! Coming alive in a whole new way!
    • Living systems – feedback loops (e.g. time, karma).

Lesson 4 Transcript: DE Explained - Living Systems Review

  • Defining a living system, and how are we one?
    • Nested hierarchies – interdependent networks.
    • Purposeful – our evolution is ours.
    • Self-generating.  DE: ‘You can’t escape what you generate’. Even projects perpetuate themselves.
    • Self-regulating. We need to understand how we co-create what happens next. If we don’t learn to live within the bounds of the ecological systems, we will become extinct. If we break the systems, we break the future. Cycles of life and system needs. Feedback Loops help us monitor ourselves intelligently.
    • Self-organizing. Systems create structures, patterns, and functionality… i.e. the ability to have relationship.
  • Living systems are all about relationship and the narrative it is generating which results in altered states of being.
    • Creativity is the overarching, unbiased force, that moves itself forwards through these relationships. It is our gift that will allow us to evolve our relationship to that to which we belong and are embedded.

Lesson 5  Transcript: DE Explained - How To Thrive!

    • In order to engage with DE, what do we need to do/be/know? Qualities needed for DE. (looking at the fanning out map of creativity)
      • Curiosity (to do inquiry).
      • Courage.
      • Creativity.
    • What else helps us develop and grow?
      • Appreciation (encourages, enhances, and invites more of the same).
    • How do we make this all ‘useful’?
      • Integrate (rational – an ability to make the experiences useful).
    • How do we access our highest self, our best craftsman/woman?
      • Improvisation. Tuning into planetary consciousness and numinous space – liminal space. Dancing between realities.
    • What does our transformation depend on? The reach of creativity.
      • Our courage to try new things.
      • Deep listening (a form of appreciation that includes and incorporates all realities co-existing at the same time.
      • Being a team player.
      • Dreaming & reverie.
      • Awe & wonder.
    • Mastering Fields of Influence (FOI):
      • Who you are changes with who you are with – learning how to master your own energy so you can enjoy and be adept no matter what environment you are in. This way you can lift the field up for everybody else. Who we are in the outer RES impacts what happens next in the collective consciousness.
    • The role of Inspiration.
      • We need to be inspiring. This means saying ‘yes’ to life.

Lesson 6  Transcript: DE Explained - Review & Example

  • Reviewing what’s been covered.
    • What DE is
    • Why does it matter?
    • Why does it matter now? And why do WE matter?
    • How should we interact with it? How can we learn to read other people in direct presence?
    • Inter-realmic nature of life (multiverse, multidimensional reality)
    • Moving from the Anthropocene era.
    • Inner RES/Outer RES (Rational, Emotional, Sensory)
    • Two tenets of De:
      • 1. Nothing is fixed.
      • Energy waits to be noticed (aha!).
        • Energy needs to be noticed in order to activate its ‘aliveness’ and action-oriented.
    • Defining DE: Novelty arising when two or more elements meet, AND human experiential truths.
    • How you have your own unique conversation with the Universe – using reference points that relate to you, in a unique way.
    • Fields of Influence.
      • Planetary Consciousness, Infinite Consciousness, Collective Consciousness.
    • Time to recognize our embeddedness, our belongingness.
      • Moving from colonizers to collaborators and stewards.
    • How to take advantage of the need to evolve creatively together.
  • An example of two people (Molly & Clare) interacting and creating novelty.
    • How we had a conversation that enabled Clare to go into outer realms (‘yes, and’).
    • Both finding it inspiring.
    • Wisdom – does it reside just in one person or does it get ignited by the mutuality of resonance?
    • I becomes WE in any shared environment.
      • Who I am influences who we become.
      • Time to raise our levels of creative intelligence dramatically, in ways that understand the dynamics of the cosmos. Understanding how cosmos gives us capacity to have an interdependent relationship with life.
      • Time to work with compassion, joy appreciation, mutuality, concern, and care. Separating ourselves from the separation and back into community.
        • Our level of belongingness influences our behaviour completely.
      • Mutual ‘I’s: personal self, collective self, indigenous self, cosmological self, coloniser self.
        • Isolated identities create hostility and alienation.
      • How we show up in any engagement will influence what can happen next – based on how we change in different people’s contexts, in shared fields of energy.
      • Learning about setting healthy, clean, boundaries.

Each of us IS an environment, as we as being IN an environment.

  • This is part of the creative collective.
  • Since DE is about Novelty arising – and as the two people interconnect and interact – it can be to the positive or negative as an experience.
      • An environment can therefore also be history interacting (think of Family reunions!)
      • What comes out of us in someone’s company is an expression of the participants.
          • The resonance that amplifies – foreshadow of future videos.
          • What do you resonate with, interact with, combine energy with? How does that novelty show up?
          • Therefore consider who you hang out with – as it will be affecting your sense of freedom and volition and creativity – affects Collective Consciousness.
          • Bringing out the best in us, contributes to our whole evolutionary process (creative collective consciousness), and its success.
        • The planet provides everything for free, and all we have to do is show up as our best selves, to help that process continue.

Lesson 1 Transcript: Shared Fields of Influence (FOI) One-On-One

  • Using singing, as a Sensory portal (example).
    • Becoming present.
    • Shifting our energy field (Sensory knowing at play!) from closed to expanded and open.
    • Counteracting a ‘tired’ or ‘saturated’ energy field – ‘alivening’ oneself!
  • Two people interacting in conversation (or brainstorming).
    • Combining Outer RES, as a result of talking to each other.
    • How the Outer RES shifts from Individual energy fields to Collective energy fields (i.e. combining).
    • How our energy is always interacting, regardless of our ‘individuality’.
  • FOI impact on our Collective Consciousness (the ‘creative collective’):
    • How quickly fields can shift, moment to moment.
    • The fluidity of phase changing.
      • Our energy is constantly in motion.
      • Our energy is our thoughts, our energy is our emotions, our energy is our body.
    • Phase 1 of our interaction: Neutral.
    • Phase 2 of our interaction: Contracting.
      • Interaction not going that well.
        • Reduced field of potential/ideas connection.
        • Lack of expansiveness.
        • Loss of confidence can occur.
        • Negative thoughts can occur.
        • Loss of FUN!
        • The impact of waiting for the conversation to ‘take off’.
    • Phase 3 of our interaction: Expanding.
      • Interaction going wonderfully well!
      • Increased field of potentiality – lots of FUN!
        • Ideas, Connection, Development, Catalyst.
      • Feeling of things growing exponentially, bubbling/building up… excitement!
      • The conversation becomes fully activated.
  • We can switch between the three phases from moment to moment.
    • We can influence each other’s fields, and maintain them regardless of each other’s movements, depending on our own level of mastery.
    • Our energy needs to re-pattern itself constantly.
  • Relationship of interaction to the 2 Tenets of Dynamic Emergence.
    • 1. Nothing is Fixed.
    • 2. Energy waits to be noticed.
    • Stability of energy vs. energy in motion for creative flow.
  • The importance of play and fun in the creative process.
    • How fun impacts our inner RES and outer RES (negative/positive thoughts, feelings, and sensations).
  • Intro to the larger context of FOI.
    • How cities, environments and groups of people (e.g. department at work) can influence who we are, and what we’re capable of.

Lesson 2 Transcript: Shared Fields of Influence (FOI) Group Context

  • Fields of Influence in a group setting.
    • Reviewing the interaction of two people.
      • Inner RES, shared out RES, Creative Collective (collective consciousness).
    • Reviewing expansion and restriction of shared FOI.
  • Sea of Consciousness.
    • Bubbles of interaction expand and connect.
    • Individual shared fields creating larger fields of Consciousness (states of being and potential).
  • Creative Collective/Collective Consciousness.
    • How the ‘individual’ interactions ‘bleed’ into the shared field of Consciousness (Collective Consciousness) and overlap.
    • Communication of the expansion (or contraction) is influencing the nested hierarchies of interaction going on around us.
    • How we send out information/data, and receive information/data from Collective Consciousness.
    • How it is embedded in Planetary Consciousness.
  • Living Systems
    • We cannot escape the influence of ourselves or each other (nested hierarchies).
    • Emphasizing the importance of our awareness of our RES.
      • Otherwise, we do not know when we are limiting what good is possible.
        • i.e. How we affect the Reach/Possibilities/Potentiality of what we create.
      • Allowing Infinite and Planetary Consciousness to influence us to help us grow in receptive ways.
        • Accessing their Wisdom leads to sustainable and thoughtful innovation.
  • ‘Yes and, Yes but, No’.
    • How we build off of each other’s ideas or restrict our collective potential (and our own) in dialogue.
    • Feeling threatened => personal contraction => losing access to expansive possibilities.
    • Missing the overall possibilities when communication is not affirming or based on accurate listening.
  • Our Global Consciousness.
      • Happening millisecond by millisecond around the world, influencing our immediate and our extended environmental family.
      • Cells expand OR contract – can’t do both at the same time.
        • Our awareness of this enables us to grow coherent societies.

Lesson 3 Transcript: Resonance, Consonance, Dissonance; how we arise through each other

  • The phenomena of Fields of Influence.
    • Exploring two people talking, exchanging data, feelings and energy, i.e. information.
    • Reviewing the interaction of two inner RES’s and how they create the shared outer RES.
    • Resonance is the matching, interacting, vibration of influence.
  • Mindmap Key:
    • Shape & Color:
      • Shape = event.
      • Color = meaning (story).
        • x2 Circles, x2 Triangles, x2 Hearts, Square, Rectangle, Star…
          • Some colors and shapes are identical.
          • Some colors are identical but the shape is different.
          • Some colors are different but the shape is the same.
  • Event/Story in action!
    • Example of an event/story:
      • Narratives of waking up and going to work, discovering a flat tire on the car and arriving late to work, missing a meeting. (quantitative EVENT).  This version is reliably measurable.
      • When I got to the car, I was already stressed and worried about the meeting. I knew the meeting would be bad and my flat tire really confirmed that the universe was against me. I could tell AAA were distracted, didn’t seem to care and the mechanic didn’t think I was important enough to put first – someone more important…etc. (qualitative STORY – can be high trigger point).
        • Lots of self-pity, blaming, negative decisions about the universe, interpreting people’s behavior. Lots of energy.
    • The comparison; quantitative/qualitative.
      • When we ‘story’ we project our story onto the facts, i.e. our interior world of beliefs and concerns and fears become apparent to us, and others.
      • Noticing how we are storying enables us to change the story we carry inside.
    • Triggers!
      • A constantly available option.
      • Flagging stories allows us to begin to examine the feelings.
      • Tracking – we can go back into the events and separate them out from the story we hear ourselves narrating (inside ourselves, or out loud).
    • Car story:
      • Event – you were driving at 60MPH, driving your Honda, speed, which lane, etc. (quantitative), a person comes ahead of you, in a DeLorean (expensive car), you have to brake, they have an expensive car.
      • Story – what story would you tell around that experience?
        • Our stories vary:
          • No story. (skill of Observer/experiencer).
          • Negative story about the other driver.
          • Negative story about you.
          • Positive story.
        • The observer asks questions and notes sequential events and responses to the experience.
          • This is good for Collective Consciousness as it’s neutral.
        • The negative blaming story can retract our Collective Consciousness whilst also abandoning myself by not empathizing with how it felt (too busy blaming).
        • The positive story can enhance even in the face of a difficult experience – seeing gratitude for what didn’t happen as well as noticing what did.
          • Healing ourselves in our stories – gratitude.
  • Storytelling & Gratitude awareness-raising exercise.
    • Changing the story/reinforcing cycles:
      • Stories becoming beliefs – becoming positive/neutral storytellers.
        • Press ‘pause’ on a repeating story.
          • (Requires curiosity & courage).
        • Create a new version of the story (neutral and/or positive).
          • See how it feels in your body/soul (sensory/emotional).
  • Reviewing requirements for personal creativity: Individuation and storytelling – our own psychological development.
    • Choosing well for ourselves requires curiosity and courage.
    • What we do with our stories impacts our own creativity and our own liberation from Samsara.
    • This connects to our own creativity.
      • Makes us happier, more of an agent in our lives, and enhances Collective Consciousness (the Creative Collective).
      • Individuation is our job.
        • Noticing ourselves – bringing the healing forward.
  • Triggering and Resonance:
    •  How it feels (look for these sensations to see if you’re triggered):
      • Anxiety, defensiveness, anger, impatience, accusatory, stress, negative storytelling, feeling threatened.
      • Triggering is your clue to examine your story.
    • Becoming Trackers – flagging our stories as soon as possible once triggered.
      • Circles (matching shape) = same event. Different colors = different stories.
        • (goldfish example -[person C] x1 positive story & [person Y] x1 negative story). Triggering possible as one person sounds healed whilst negative storyteller may not be healed and therefore susceptible to triggering).
      • Triangles (matching shape) = same event. Matching colors = same stories.
        • (a parent dies) – [person C & person Y] x2 negative stories. When they meet they may easily trigger each other. Unhealed – here we can both get triggered and would benefit from self-healing.
      • Hearts (matching shape) = same event (healed => no need for triggering). Matching colors = same stories.
        • (a parent dies) – [person C & person Y] x2 positive stories. Integration has occurred. Healed – here healing has helped us become emotionally skilled and integrated. Unlikely to trigger each other, more likely to empathize.
          • We do not necessarily know that we carry the same stories – we can still be triggered or both feel drawn towards each other and feel safe with each other. This is a visceral experience.
      • Rectangle/Pentagon = Different shapes/same color = different event but currently with matching stories.
        • You can have created the same stories (e.g. about the Universe) even though you do not share actual life events.
      • Single Star – no matches.
        • What if your significant event and story do not meet a match – the suggestion is that you may not vulnerable to triggering. Possibilities open to interpretation.
      • Conscious becomes healed resonance/consonance = harmonious expansion.
      • Unconscious remains unhealed resonance/dissonance = dissonant contraction.
  • As Trackers.
    • Noticing how we feel around others is a wonderful gift for our self-awareness journey.
    • With resonance, we can see self in other and other in self [Theory of Resonance].
  • Theory of Resonance.
    • We active and affect each other energetically, through our mutual Fields Of Influence.
      • It can feel positive and inspiring.
      • It can feel negative and threatening.
      • It’s a win/win if you can use it for your own benefit.
    • Changing your field influences the collective fields.
  • Creativity is acting on the courage to explore our curiosity.
    • This can change the paradigm of this moment in our cultures. Co-creating a paradigmatic shift requires us to be open to new information and new ways of relating to daily events.

Lesson 4 Transcript: Belief Systems; their creation and impact

    • How we impact environment and how it impacts our belief creation.
      • RES and how they are embedded within deepening networks of influence and belonging.
        • Inner RES
        • Outer RES
        • Collective Consciousness
        • Planetary Consciousness
        • Infinite (Cosmic) Consciousness.
      • Information comes in from Outer RES to Inner RES.
        • We evaluate it, consider it, feel it emotionally, sensorially, we deconstruct it and we make up stories with it!
        • We construct stories based on our perception of reality.
      • Our stories reveal our interior climate.
        • This interior climate is just like the planet’s weather patterns: changeable, volatile and responsive to conditions.
      • Transference & Projection.
        • Transference: How we turn early childhood family experiences into what we experience later in life – transferring the meaning and values we imagine from earlier in life onto present day situations without necessarily being accurate. Thereby we remain cocooned from meeting a new reality.
        • Projection: When I reveal my own interior state by imagining it as the motivating force in another person’s actions. It’s a great way to FLAG something we are doing by NOTICING when we ascribe it to someone else (without verification). We ascribe intention that actually belongs to us.
        • When we uncover our own projections and transferences, we get to see ourselves in our authentic vulnerability and can heal.
          • This adjusts the kinds of stories we need to make in order to protect ourselves from truths that we may feel unqualified to live up to, meet, or hold.
          • It also allows for more intimacy in our lives.
      • NVC – non violent communication – Marshal Rosenberg.
        • Great way to stabilize a situation by gleaning what is accurate about it, and removing the possibility of exacerbating – and perpetuating – an old wound.
      • Influencing Reality:
        • As information comes in from outer RES, we make up stories, and then we project them out from our Inner RES into outer RES, Collective Consciousness, Planetary Consciousness and Infinite Consciousness as ENERGY.
        • Are we restricting the potential of our CC or are we unleashing its potential and expanding it!?
      • Outer RES (the formal dining room/the transaction room).
        • This is where we experience Resonance/Consonance/Dissonance.
        • Resonance: where our beliefs get triggered and accentuated by ‘matching’ with another person’s. Instinctual reaction between our energies (energy is encased in story and beliefs)
        • Becoming the Tracker.
          • When you OBSERVE this experience occurring in the Outer RES, you can bring that attention into your Inner RES and you can heal it there. You ‘track it’ ‘flag it’ ‘observe it’ and you can ‘compost it’, turning it into new realizations that further liberate you. This contributes to the expansion of our Collective Consciousness.
          • All of your beliefs are having real, tangible impact into the world. Who you are has value and meaning for all of us. How we manage ourselves is an act of service that matters to all of us. We matter! We belong!
          • Being interested in who you are is an act of social responsibility for which we are all grateful.
        • Planetary Consciousness:
          • In her Consciousness is a place of kindness, restoration, and belonging that holds a place of healing and wisdom for us to receive from.
          • This is the energy of reparation and connectivity, harmony and healing, sentience and presence. It’s where we belong. It is home.
          • She, and you, are amazing – you belong together!

Lesson 5 Transcript: Inner RES emphases (knowing bias) - connected

(0-4:14)

  • The sophistication of RES and how they are related to one another.
    • In daily life typically the three WOK are not equal, there are usually emphases.
    • We have an impact on our environment, based on this triadic relationship.
    • Human impact on the environment.
      • Humans seem to be not understanding our potential and the impact we have on our environment.
      • We have made an agreement to become ‘more than’, to evolve ourselves – it is in our design (Nature does not create wastefully). When we do not evolve ourselves we become the inverse of each RES.
    • Managing how we become masterful in the fluctuations of our energy.
      • Managing how we are being, managing our energy, managing what we are creating, becoming grounded.
      • All the layers (Inner/Outer RES, CC, PC, IC) and the relationship to our future existence.
      • We live in a communicative universe with these emphases. We operate interactively. If RES are not communicating then that is when we enter the inverse experience of these states.
  • The three emphases (WOK).
    • Rational emphasis(4:15-11:29):
      • Sensory and Emotional housed by dominant rational cognition.
      • All elements are inherently neutral and our level of masterfulness (sophistication) becomes visible in how we are moving through this particular emphasis.
      • With a rational bias, are we able and willing to become more adept at using our Emotional and Sensory knowing? This is our journey.
    • Rational emphasis skills:
      • This is where we think, analyse, design, we compose, elaborate, plan, conceive ideas, make decisions, associations, create structure, anticipate things, look at patterns, predict, project into future, make business plans.
      • With humility, these can all help us shift reality.
        • Enables us to shift between experiencer/observer of reality because it can separate itself from the emotions and from its physical experience. These decisions are no longer impulsive in nature, there can be thoughtfulness. Essential skill for design, professional development and personal healing.
        • The strength this offers us is dependent on our humility in being able to listen to and for it to use in ways that can serve ‘the whole’.
      • Our ability to craft together information into language that uses words, ideas, to convey design, shape, location, time, discernment, cognizance, strategy.
      • When informed by E/S. R can learn to approach life respectfully and in the right manner by learning about other cultures. This includes being able to take in how other societies and cultures operate, how they create businesses, healthy communities, how they create right relationship holistically.
      • What qualities heighten Rational Knowings intelligence in support of greater whole?
        • Humility.
        • Beginners Mind.
      • Equity between the three WOK, even with a Rational emphasis, should still mean experiencing empathy and energetic sensitivity. The idea of dominance through the rational is a learned behavior.
    • Emotional emphasis (11:30-22:40):
      • R/S are in the forefront of who we are. Maybe we need to learn these skills more and they may never be as equal to Emotional knowing in this person but they can still be valuable allies and sources of information.
      • Emotional knowing dominance also doesn’t necessarily mean you’re really good at it, it just may mean this is where you ‘spend more time’. Maybe this is your area of gifting to the world through the learning that awaits you in this aspect of emphasis.
      • Creativity, requires curiosity and courage which is what we use when we evolve consciously.
      • Emotional portal can be how you educate yourself to become whole – your main entry point.
      • Perhaps this emphases is someone who has special insights into how to create healthy societies.
        • Our emotional knowing affects our state of peace vs. war, around the world.
      • What qualities heighten Emotional Knowing?
        • Intimacy and Connection.
          • (Abandon me, Occupy Me, Neglect Me, Compromised Interactions) – this is the area of emotional intimacy that a person is learning (through).
          • This is how this orientation serves humanity.
            • Eckhart Tolle – Emotional Pain Body. ‘Be Here Now’.
          • Our awareness of self influences the ability of an emphasis to control or serve us.
        • Empathy – feel & imagine another’s reality, storytelling, relating to, listening, creating relationship.
        • Design – ergonomic, end user experience and consideration influences/impact.
        • Policy design – for politicians, and lawyers, this will be enhanced by ability to perceive and relate to their own, and therefore others’, vulnerability. Keeps us present for all our ‘doings’.
        • We become through, and with, each other. Emotional knowing is key to that. Listening with our hearts and recognizing ourselves as part of ‘a whole’.
        • Mirroring, reflecting, acknowledging, allowing, including, caring, empathising, tactility (emotions touch),
        • Our fluidity into connection, on an intimate level includes, invites, and responds.
        • Very important for managers and all humans. Very important to develop emotional wellness, emotional knowing, emotional wisdom.
    • Sensory emphasis (22:40):
      • How you meet the world is more dictated by the physicality of who you are. You take in information through the lens of your body, your gut instincts, the physicality of energy, psychic sensitivity,
      • Houses R and E in grounded relationship.
      • We are in great need of this WOK to have more voice at this point in our human evolution.
      • We have left Indigenous Communities/Cultures to bear the burden of holding this knowledge, operating as if we do not have it in us, and as if we do not need it in us.
        • We then demonize this indigenous knowledge as if it negatively affects an overindulgence on a compromised Rational way of life.
      • Qualities of this Sensory emphasis (that we all need to take responsibility for developing and honoring):
        • Earth, Planet, direct knowing, sensitivity to environment.
        • Folk Cultures, Indigenous Knowing, Rituals, Ceremony.
        • Right Relationship.
          • Understanding an inherent balance in life, recognizing why it matters to be smart, intelligent, thoughtful, kind, inclusive, far thinking.
          • Thinking into the future (7 generations).
          • Inherent respect to Earth.
      • Westernized mind has lost its embodied self.
        • Catastrophic for our future.
        • Indigenous people can be seen to not receive the same respect or equal representation in the way we create governance in Western cultures.
        • Pre-conquest is vulnerable to, and easily dominated by/compromised by, post-conquest behaviors.
          • Colonizers vs. displaced communities.
            • e.g. Israel vs. Palestine, North American European ‘settlers’ vs. Native Americans (First Nations).
            • Post-conquest are likely disconnected from(or not well informed by) emotional knowing and could have a Rational emphases. Also possible that they have an Emotional emphasis that is under-developed (i.e. not mature).
      • Dynamic Emergence: we can shift between all three states/emphases at any given moment, depending on who we are currently with, depending on our mood, and various unstable factors. (Tenet 1: Nothing is fixed).
        • Fields of Influence change who we are (and what emphasis we may be able to access).
        • Therefore, see how you feel in another person’s company. Do you become more intelligent, more analytical, more tactile, more sensitive, more empathic.
          • This is a way of also learning more about who you are with, and what their WOK emphasis is, by seeing who you become (more of) in their company.
        • It is healthy to be fluid between the three WOK emphases to allow creativity and life energy to flow through you in ‘informing’ and illuminating ways. i.e. do NOT be fixed! Do not resist life!
        • Flow and innovate. A cell can either grow (and breathe) or die, it cannot expand and contract at the same time. Neither can we.
        • Creativity is dependent on curiosity, courage and flow. Life flows, rivers flow, we need to flow.

Lesson 6 Transcript: Inner RES emphases (knowing bias) - dis-connected

    • Brief review on interactive RES. Aliveness! Healthy connecting realities!
      • Information is able to actively travel between different WOK/WOB.
      • Discovery, testing ideas, ideation, magical novelty arising, connections, movement, dancing, thinking, creating, composing, designing and manifesting.
    • Separated R.E.S. (all in little boxes of their own!)
      • When they are separate they are isolated, as if they have borders between them. There is a block between our different ways of knowing. How does this arise, when, and why?
      • When they are not interacting we experience consumerism, dominance, isolation, and blindness. Blindness leads to ignorance.
        • With pyramidic communities and societies (vs. lateral) this becomes an issue, because when someone with a rational bias is not being informed by their E or S, then they are more susceptible to making decisions that negatively affect people and planet, cultures and communities, just because they can’t feel, or imagine, the impact their decisions will have on them. If they are unable to get feedback from the living system of life telling them what they are destroying, then there is no reason to stop.
      • When one way of knowing dominates, then it becomes the inverse of itself. e.g. Rational => Irrational.
        • Looking today, in politics and business (ref. BAP map), if we know (in an integrated way) that we depend on Earth to maintain ourselves (food, water and air) and that business depends on it for its resources, then it’s rational to protect consumers from poverty and ill-health, and the planet from degradation. However, when rational itself is also compromised, as well as isolated, then it does what it’s being allowed to do today: it destroys the things that will sustain its future (pollution, ecological overuse, and civil unrest).
        • This rational focuses only on the end goal of money and that means it will do illogical things to facilitate its intention to maximize fiscal revenue NOW.
          • Nobody wins because the choice-parameters are illogical if not holistic.
      • Inversion Theory:
        • Isolated Rational => Irrational (you lose the beauty of dance and play, you can’t feel the emotional impact of your actions on others, you damage planet and people, you do not live within the feedback loops of society and life. Isolated, compromised, rational can’t recognize the greater inter-dependent whole.
        • Isolated Sensory => Violence (if only focused on your physicality and not informed by rational or emotional knowing, you lose certain amounts of information or wisdom). Realities can become assimilated, dominated, overpowered (no temperance, no checks and balances), addictions, create false connections. This disconnection => consumerism => disconnection. if we don’t belong, we don’t care and if we don’t care, we don’t mind being violent. If we don’t have informed by R or E we become machines, obsessive compulsive and separate from life (isolation, frustration, hostility, paranoia). Sensory without temperance => violence.
        • Isolated Emotional => Emotional disconnection (narcissism/sociopathy/psycopathy). Lose sensitivity and ability to empathise. We become in spite of rather than through. We create distance from our own heart’s journey. We can miss mirrors of connection that arise in intimate relationships. We don’t get new information to take into our RES. We cannot grow a healthy person with such isolation => aloofness, arrogance, becoming cold and angry.
      • Right now our human societies are struggling.
        • Time to restore Right Relationship and Reverence.
          • DE is a opportunity for us to reconsider our potential and become more than head, OR out of control emotional immaturity or sensory disconnection.
          • RRR is living in a respectful way towards others; human, flora, fauna, all life. Jain monks careful to avoid damaging other life.
          • Living in awe and reverence and wonder. Time to connect healthily.
        • Humans need to understand where our drive comes from, to be ok with consuming that on which we rely. Why are we choosing disconnection, not being rational? Why are we separating out our Inner RES instead of interacting between all three simultaneously?
        • It is time to grow into our interdependence.
          • Avoiding this affects sea life, indigenous people, our future… we are creating polluting single use plastics.
          • Maya is the illusion, in this case, that we don’t need healthy emotional relationships, or cognitive clear intelligence, to have tactile relationships with healthy food, air and water.
        • Paradigmatic shift:
            • Understanding that Earth is alive, sentient and intelligent. That she is an alive being. And that we are on a journey, an essential journey to restore our right relationship to her by recognizing our interdependence, by listening with our bodies and our hearts, and we need to heal.

Lesson 1 Transcript: A Compromised Interaction

  • Compromised Interaction.
    • We are Energy moving & interacting.
  • Quality of our Interactions and their influence on how we grow up.
    • We meet in the Outer RES.
      • Formal interaction, e.g. professional environment e.g. shopping, eating out, business meeting.
    • Guardians/Parents and their involvement in our energy pattern development (prior to individuation).
  • Exploring the process where our identity becomes personally compromised.
    • Sensing (sensory/emotional) when someone has entered (or inhabited) your Inner RES.
      • How it feels different to be ‘ourselves’ in Inner RES vs. having the feeling of us ‘combined’ with a guardian.
      • Identifying if someone has come in ‘too far’.
      • Identifying what we feel like as the only ‘occupants’ of our space (Inner RES).
      • Sensory (pre-language/reptile brain) influences our emotions, influences our thinking.
        • Our natural order of development of the brain.
        • How RES communication is mutually interactive i.e. it goes in all sorts of directions at once.
        • fight/flight/Freeze – negotiating our responses to our environment.
  • How a compromised interaction looks.
    • Someone comes in an inhabits our Inner RES instead of meeting us in the Outer RES.
    • Meanwhile, we lave the Inner RES to meet that person in the Outer RES.
      • e.g. we have gone to front door, whilst they come in the back door.
  • Childhood interactive social learning.
    • How we learn about the feeling sense of our interior emotional space.
    • Being ‘taken over’ – how does that ‘look’ for us?
  • What does our learning lead to (in compromised interaction)?
    • Manipulation/Persuasion/Domination/Chronic bullying/Sociopathy (entanglement)/Violence.
  • Dominant inhabitation of our Inner RES by another.
    • How do we sense this has happened?
      • Confusion, ‘compression’ (crowded), invaded, anxious.
      • We can inherit their mood or subconscious WOB (way of being).
    • Bristol story!
      • Shifting states – how it looked/felt, and what had happened.
  • How to ‘escape’ or change our experience of RES.
    • Becoming the Tracker – methods for noticing our inner shifts (Experiencer/Observer).
      • Rational: might notice it in your thinking shift.
      • Emotional: might notice it in a mood shift.
      • Sensory: might notice it via fatigue, retracted posture, ‘slumping’.
    • When it’s ‘just us’ in our space, it feels good, whole, happy, content, at peace. i.e. we are not currently compromised by having someone else inhabiting our inner RES.
    • When someone else is in there we can feel (in a negative experience) a loss of joy. (The opposite can also be true if we are around someone with ‘high energy’ – helping us feel better, like a Guru can do for us).
  • Tracking:
    • Boundaries & Merging – the issues.
      • Noticing when the mood shifted.
      • Analyze, rationally, the series of moments prior to the mood shifting.
      • Identify that moment and ‘zoom in’ to find out what happened in our interaction.
  • Finding your story.
    • Who raised you, and how well boundaried were they?
      • Effects of their mirroring.
      • Effects of their quality of awareness on your inner RES and therefore your inner reference points.
      • Identifying if you merged as a child.
        • Did/do they domineer you?
        • Issues of guardian’s underdeveloped ego on your own emotional development.
  • Energy waits to be noticed (DE; 2nd Tenet).
    • Commanding your inner space – flagging issues and moments.
    • Reclaiming/restoring your space/sovereignty.
      • As you notice the energy accurately, it lifts (Sensory) and transmutes – the other inhabitant’s energy leaves your energy field.
  • Commanding your Inner REs:
    • Ideally, you just want YOU in your inner RES, and those you approve of.
  • Observer/Experiencer.
    • Tracking to engage with your own experience and master your interior self/space!
      • Allows us to command our interior sovereignty.
      • New feeling state: content, happy, clear, at peace.
      • Keeping negative influences out of your sacred space.
  • Learning how we are meant to feel.
    • Self-awareness is about understanding who is inhabiting our space and the influence they are having.
    • Choosing people who can contribute to a ‘positive you’.
    • People, and relationships, are environments.
  • Coming up in Occupy Me and Neglect Me:
    • Confluence, Collaboration, Confusion.
    • Indicators of ‘invaded status’.

Lesson 2 Transcript: Occupy Me

  • Chronic occupation (by another).
    • How we develop a sense of self.
    • The influences that impact that to the positive and negative.
    • The impact that the negative/positive influence has on our decision about the Universe.
      • Is it a safe place or a dangerous place?
  • Chronic compromised Interaction.
    • Dealing with someone else being ‘in charge’ of our interior space?
    • How does that influence our understanding of self?
  • Why does Happiness matter?
    • It affects our happiness.
    • Our individual happiness, in turn, affects the quality of experience (and joy) in communities (groups of individuals) and, in turn, political thought and actions.
    • This, in turn, influences business practice.
  • What does our happiness create?
    • Considerate communities, inclusive political policies, responsible business practice.
    • If we are fully alive in RES we become considerate, inclusive and responsible.
      • This extends to a general caring about well-being.
      • Feeling ‘whole’ and included, tends to encourage us to consider the future as an attractive proposition.
      • Social isolation tends to do the opposite.
  • What we protect by being healthy.
    • A solid sense of self (Inner RES) allows more flexibility in interactions and considering other viewpoints (i.e. in outer RES).
      • i.e. Healthy self => healthy collective Consciousness => healthily operating societies.
    • Politics and Business today show the absence of health- lack of healthy communicating, unable to consider alternative, inclusive, viewpoints.
    • No threat to self => permeable (but well defined) boundaries.
    • Improves access to courageous brainstorming of alternate realities and ideas.
  • Happy self => healthy communities…
    • It’s just logical, as it’s energy self-organizing and resonating and replciating itself out in the world!

Lesson 3 Transcript: Neglect Me

    • The experience of chronic avoidance (by another).
      • The absence of a guardian’s focused attention can damage our ability to know ourselves in a healthy way.
    • Existing, and Becoming, in Nothingness.
      • The opposite of being ‘occupied’ is being ‘abandoned’.
    • How neglect compares to our experience of being occupied.
      • Occupied:
        • Guardian (parent) inhabits our Inner RES.
        • We lose the chance to develop a sense of self.
        • So we seek identity and affirmation from the ‘outside world’ in outer RES.
          • This makes us vulnerable to marketing and social, political, and commercial, predators.
          • We deify the externals, turning them into things that will help us create a socially acceptable identity.
          • We seek belonging ‘outside’ ourselves when we do not know our inner RES – ‘how to fill the absence of me’.
      • Neglect:
        • Guardian (parent) avoids healthy affectionate contact with us.
        • We do not get mirrored in a healthy way, therefore do not know ourselves.
        • Lack of positive influence creates a lack of ‘positive social education’
          • Causes isolation, loneliness, lack of direction, confusion (why me? aren’t I good enough to love/deserve attention?), sadness, longing, ‘blankness’.
        • Story: The Land of Mirrors.
          • The girl who saw the lack of a true mirror as a description of her lack of beauty and desirability. Her journey to wholeness and inclusivity.
    • Why do guardians avoid us?
      • Unsure of themselves.
      • A sense of personal damage.
      • Lacking confidence in their skills.
      • Underestimate their value and influence.
      • May have some form of addiction
        • Unavailable to themselves first.
      • Absence => absence.
    • Consequences of neglect
      • Mirroring
        • Information sharing (interdependence) is unavailable outside ourselves so we cannot bring it into ourselves, our inner RES.
        • As we seek information and cannot find it, we create stories (humans are great storytellers).
          • These stories, in this situation, are likely to be negative (about who we are).
          • We self-blame and create personal/universal stories and belief systems. ‘if there’s no-one here, then maybe I’m not worth being here for’.
          • Inaccurate mirrors can make us adjust our course (of self-development) in ways that extend – and deepen – our journey to self-awareness.
        • Healing the sense of direction and completion around wounding – our complexity with RES and how flagging issues and difficulties can help us evolve, through assimilation.
        • Self-development is a progression that becomes easier over time.
          • Raises the bar on our expectations for self (entitlement to certain values).
      • Feedback
        • In a compromised context will be inaccurate. e.g. ‘I don’t deserve to be happy’.
        • Stories that protect us, and others, from the pain of our abandonment.
        • The stories are not just a reflection of what happens to us (and how we ‘frame’ it) but likely of the person that is unable to show up for us.
        • Ancestral Healing.
          • Placing the flat into a situation can heal our ancestral lineage, thereby positively influencing what might be possible for all members of the Collective Consciousness of each family.
          • The spiral of healing – we revisit wounds repeatedly but from higher vantage points of understanding. Each time we do that we are expanding collective consciousness.
            • Therefore expanding the possibilities for the entire species, not just our own families.
            • Healing travels in both directions; past and future.
              • We continue to expand the possibilities of our collective consciousness through healing occupy and neglect.
              • Happy People, Happy Planet.
      • Love
        • Defining love as a self-awareness and self-acceptance that allows us to be aware of, and accepting of, others.
        • Not assimilating, not rejecting, but incorporating and understanding the moment, or context.
          • Leads to our own internal ‘policy decisions’ about who we are and about what is acceptable to, and for, us.
          •
    • What happens to the ‘I’ Interface with neglect?
      • The part of us that has been isolated, in our inner RES, creates a double boundary and pushes people out. It doubles down and the wounded soul abandons the world that has abandoned him/her.
      • Our social nature can often push us to attempt to break open the border between inner and outer RES.
      • What served our survival as children may not serve us as adults.
        • Broken trust, can’t ask for help or support (we do not expect it to be there) – learned behavior that gets repeated by us unconsciously.
        • Learning to trust ourselves is our own path of healing.
        • Learning to trust others to be there for us.
          • Risk-taking creates a shift over time.
          • We have to prove to ourselves that there is a different reality that we can participate in, benefit from and be supported by.

Lesson 4 Transcript: BAP Map

  • Business, Advertising & Politics (BAP).
    • How do they influence our development – individually & societally.
    • Where exactly are they interacting with us (inner or outer RES)?
    • How does that affect the development of societies?
    • How/where do they have access to us – ‘infiltrate’ us?
      • You as a target.
  • Information on Edward Bernays:
    • Nephew of Sigmund Freud (psychologist).
      • (*Reference Century of Self).
    • Promoted an intrinsic value shift.
      • Developed a curiosity on how one could control large groups of people (even against their better interests).
    • Adapted Freud’s work to suit a materialistic worldview, including how to control people’s minds.
    • Modeled his observation of WWII propaganda from Nazi Germany, renaming it Public Relations for his social experiment.
    • Created the term ‘Consumers’ – reframing us from humans and citizens to an action term, rather than a ‘being’ term.
    • Introduced Desire over Need to influence people’s willingness to be manipulated.
      • This serves corporations and bottom line politics and business (profit).
      • This did not serve the Planet and has not served our evolutionary development, in an obvious way, thus far.
    • Did this via product placement and ‘deifying’ actors and creating a relationship between them and politicians to influence public consumer behavior.
    • Played to women’s inequality to see if he could get them to defy social norms, and get them to smoke in public (typically male territory).
      • Part of women’s evolution to be more equal to men (post-WWII – where they went into the factories to help at wartime).
  • The relationship between BAP and Occupy Me/Compromised Interaction.
    • Why are we vulnerable to this?
      • Our vulnerability is when we have not developed a strong sense of self.
      • Therefore more influence can come into our Inner RES and dictate where our interests ‘should’ go if we want relationship (acquired from Outer RES).
      • With Occupy me wounds we have an overly permeable Inner RES Interface – allowing advertisers into inner RES and dictate what we ‘think’ we want.
      • With Neglect me wounds we have isolated ourselves and are vulnerable to the artificial placatement of ‘things’ and ‘trends’ in order to feel we belong.
      • Business, Advertising and Politics currently inhabit our Collective Consciousness, Outer RES and Inner RES.
        • They need to be re-placed to work only in outer RES – a more neutral, professional, zone.
          • They need us so they convince us that we need them.
          • They need us to be consumers so that they can exist.
          • Then Consumers consume products and services… and are consumed by the people providing them!
        • Misplacement of the idea of value.
          • A healthy and well-boundaries self, does not find dominant self-value in Outer RES but in the self-awareness within Inner RES.
  • Web of Influence – how to reclaim ourselves.
    • Activating the qualities of Curiosity, Creativity & Courage.
      • Curiosity – who am I?
        • Affects Planetary Consciousness and wellbeing.
        • As a body, I exist. I came from the planet and rely on that for my life.
  • Belonging – Do we belong to the Planet or vice versa?
    • Consumerism has a negatively inverse effect on our relationship to the Planet.
    • Social pressure to buy products to belong to the extended (exterior) community rather than identifying our planetary community.
    • Or do we belong to the corporations, in consumer tribes?
  • Planetary Time vs. Consumer Time.
    • Diverting life cycles from the organic to the manufactured to increase profit margins.
    • Loss of authentic connection to that to which we truly belong.
  • The tools of Marketing:
    • How Consumers are indoctrinated: Marketing Talk/Messages, and our vulnerability (due to chronic inhabitation or abandonment).
    • Recognizing that the emotional appeal is rejecting the rationality of the results of over-consuming planetary resources.
      • ‘Technology will save us’.
      • ‘Climate crisis is not real – don’t worry about it’.
      • ‘You want it, have it.’
      • ‘Because you deserve it’.
      • ‘You are entitled’.
      • ‘God gave us this so we should use it up, because we can’.
      • With neglect – i.e. not trusting people to be there for us – at least ‘things’ can be there for us!
    • This drives unhealthy competition (compulsion) to ‘win’ and distrusts collaboration.
  • Why is consumerist buy-in a problem?
    • The delusion of infinite supply.
    • The denial of the sentient.
    • The seclusion of self => unhappiness.
  • Emotional/Sensory vulnerability Marketing talk – what worrying about ‘being enough’ makes us unhealthily vulnerable to.
    • ‘If you want to fit in, you’ll buy this…’
    • ‘If you want to succeed, you’ll’ (fear of not being good enough)
    • ‘You need to prove you are worthy by your external achievements.’
    • ‘Be aggressive and strong!’
    • ‘You are not enough as you are… so buy what we’re selling, that others are buying’
      • Collective behaviors and biases help us experience belonging, even if it’s not authentic.
    • ‘There’s plenty more where that came from!’
    • ‘We have plenty of time’.
    • ‘Animals don’t feel anything.’
    • ‘God put us on top of the food chain!’
    • Saturation of our influence from media feeds into our collective consciousness, affecting what’s possible next.
  • Courage is a way out of forced belonging.
    • Changing how we plan for use of resources for longevity.
    • Moving away from immediate gratification to moving long term.
      • Reduces our creativity to a competitive fashion/trends challenge.
  • Chronic neglect and occupation.
    • The earlier we get misdirected, or dominated, as children, the harder it is for us to maintain the boundaries to keep BAP out of our Inner RES. We become chronically entrained/available.
    • Vulnerable to being ‘driven’ by others.
  • Solutions: Becoming the driver of our own lives.
    • Reconnecting to our own magic and our connection to infinity
    • Recognizing infinity, and planet, as home.
    • Recognizing that we belong in infinity.
    • Choosing to become the drivers of our own lives.

Lesson 5 Transcript: Indigenous You vs. Colinzer You

  • Colonial Body vs. Indigenous Body.
    • Western/Disconnected vs. Connected.
    • Disembodied vs. Embodied/Embedded.
    • Alienated vs. Belonging.
  • Where does your body end?
    • Western identification with the physicality of our bodies is unique to us.
    • We believe our body ‘ends’ along the edge of our own physicality.
  • Where is an indigenous person’s body experienced as ending?
    • In, and of, the Earth – ending at Earth’s edge, within Planetary Consciousness as home.
    • In and of Infinity, infinite consciousness. You feel you belong to the Cosmos.
  • Differences in how these might feel.
    • Isolated Western –
      • Would you, do you, feel you belong to the Cosmos? If not you may feel the following:
        • Less expansive.
        • Limited in your potential.
        • Powerless.
        • Isolated and not part of a community.
          • Hence the presence of scarcity, fear of others, and limitation.
          • Hence the introduction of competition for resources.
    • Connected Indigenous –
      • Extended family:
        • Whales, trees, people, the wind, the elements, magic, connection.
    • Isolation => desperate (antisocial) behaviours.
      • When we feel isolated, disconnected from your sensory knowing, you’ll feel like you’re missing things, because you are. You are missing connection.
      • Body, Emotions and Intellect all need feeding, they need interplay and healthy, creative, engagement with others.
      • An isolated being’s idea of exchange is likely to be anti-social in nature (because of feeling ‘outside of’) and may lead to ‘grabbing’ what inhabits the ‘others’ shared space – i.e. the individual perceives a need to acquire (steal) from the collective space in order to meet their own needs, emotional and physical.
    • Connected people, in the mutually-aware shared field, have more access to expressing their real experiences, and needs, within a vibrant community, to help restore belonging and balance.
    • Isolated people, in their isolation, band together with other isolated people to create more temporary, artificial, ‘families’. The values in this ‘family’ are of scarcity and ‘artificial’ wealth accumulation (Maya).
      • Maya/Missing Things – the illusion of isolation and separation. Leads to a need to ‘fill the gap’.
        • Leads to depression, lower self-worth (since we are not able to give naturally) and we receive our sense of value from our belongingness. When we cannot give, we cannot belong, and we can lose our sense of mattering, and of social worth inherent in reciprocity.
        • In our isolation we may do ‘big things’ in order to get attention and create a superficial family to compensate for not belonging. Donald Trump is a good example of this, of not being balanced within his Inner RES and not feeling an embedded belonging.
        • When we ‘do not belong’ we do not incline towards the betterment of our extended family’s well-being, because we do not recognize them as our family.
          • This makes us susceptible to negative business practice since we do not feel answerable to anyone. Part of belonging is feeling visible and answerable.
          • Connection creates awareness (of self and other).
          • Without the awareness we revert to the isolated RES where we do not feel relationships, consequence, impact and we become a danger to society through our lack of connection.
            • Mass genocide, mass pollution, injustice, violence, aggression, irrationality (counter to life).
            • We become vulnerable to Consumerism.
            • Reference back to Compromised Interaction Map.
              • Where we revert back to original guardian energy (however negative).
              • This makes us vulnerable to damaging and addictive behaviors.
        • My story of disconnection and reconnection.
          • Western culturalization => colonisers.
            • Unconscious Entitlement: We think the whole planet is our shop and the shop is full of ‘free goods’ for us.
            • Root Chakra – fundamental need to survive is based on our belonging. If we do not feel we belong in the greater whole (family) we will do anything to belong in the isolationist model, which includes consumerism, shopping, objectifying, commodifying, emotional distancing.
            • Isolation => isolation.
              • We create and build relationship based on the resonance.
              • Even a denial of dependency is based on dependency in resonance.
            • Healing and Letting Go.
              • When we are able to adapt and grow we can break out of our isolationist model and shift to belonging in the greater whole. It’s a form of surrender.
              • Self-worth restored by the beauty of our planet and our relationships of connection.
              • Mirrors of reflection => growth and validation.
              • We need to understand that we already belong, that we do not need violence or acquisition, and that we can connect intelligently, and kindly, in mutuality. Through this we can change humanity and protect the future of our Planet, and ourselves.

Lesson 4 Transcript: Incoming - opening the portals to our awareness

  • Focusing on opening the three portals of knowing.
    • Qualities of ways of knowing.
      • Rational.
        • Reverie (to revere)
        • Daydreaming (romantic rationality)
        • Conversation (becomes inspired)
        • Inspiration (becomes inspired)
        • Ideation (creation more than accomplishment)
        • Interaction
        • Observation
        • Asking questions
    • How we favor rational, but only a ‘slither’ of it.
      • We tend to refer to Ideation, Interaction, and Observation.
      • i.e. Functionality and Utilitarianism. i.e. how is it useful??
      • Masculine/Action/Post-Conquest… actioning into the world.
    • Changing it to a more receptive mode.
      • The holistic nature of the Feminine/Masculine relationship.
      • How this affects business, and how business affects us – a holistic perspective.
  • Revisioning healthy Rational.
    • Using it in ways that are imaginative, for inspired, holistic, creation.
      • Re-enchantment of humans.
        • Opening portals that take us into new places.
      • Romantic Rationality vs. logic (which tends to prove itself).
        • Inspiration – working with the Muse!
      • Courting novelty!
        • Entering numinous space (in Planetary Consciousness, Infinite Consciousness & Collective Consciousness is also possible – but less common).
        • Poets, Musicians, Philosophers, Artists go there to create around inclusivity.
      • Interaction – dominance/submission- the dance of negative masculine/feminine.
      • Inspiration – the positive engagement of masculine/feminine principles.
      • Observation – its negative is about deconstructing away from the whole. Alleviate that by asking questions from a state of wonderment or inquiry/curiosity.
    • Why does this matter?
      • Seeing how our future depends on shifting away from dominance to belonging (embeddedness).
      • Changing our perspective of life to recognizing sentience and awareness in order to assure our future.
      • Reduce our negative impact on the planet.
      • Changing business practices to honor life’s sentience will keep us alive.
      • Expanding our awareness to include sentience and aliveness in Planetary, Infinite and Collective Consciousness.
      • Bringing in the positive feminine.
  • Emotional qualities.
    • Qualities and ways of knowing.
      • Listening to and for emotions and feelings (feminine mode).
      • Concern.
      • Joy.
      • Attraction.
      • Relationship.
      • Connection.
      • Intimacy.
      • Empathy.
    • Recognizing the feedback in our emotional system.
      • We have a responsibility to become aware of ourselves and how we move through space/time. i.e. how we impact life.
      • When we devalue the sensitivity of empathy through negative rational, we lose our ability to feel our impact on life.
      • By increasing our empathy skills we increase awareness of our impact on the planet. Especially as part of a living system.
      • Sensitivity, once devalued, means we lose that ability to feel our impact.
    • Listening to/for our emotions – feedback loops that enhance intra-connection.
      • Partly via our Sensory & Rational feedback loops.
      • Identifying anger, fear, joy, etc. to help us regain our emotional sensitivity.
      • Reconnecting our understanding of the connection between emotions and actions we become emotionally blind, and potentially dangerous.
      • Feelings are part of the feedback system that lets us know how we are doing as part of the collective.
      • Speaking of our feelings with words, colors, images… multiple ways of communicating and tracking our feelings.
  • Sensory skills as a way of knowing.
    • How to access – ways to bring in knowledge and connection.
      • Walking outdoors (beach, woods).
      • Listening to trees, and the wind.
      • Singing.
      • Dancing.
      • Connecting.
      • Attuning.
    • When Emotions and Sensory knowing are absent.
      • Returning to a head-based reality of disconnection.
      • Leaving emotions and physicality at the door, working in an office.
        • Distancing in our relationships.
        • Only partly present.
  • Paying attention to all three to create more connection/intimacy.
    • When we stop listening – shut ourselves down – we stop hearing.
    • Where do we then go for new ideas?
      • Can we even recognize new information? Avoid repetitious choices?
    • Dynamic Universe moving forward creates novelty and chaos – creativity.
      • Recognizing ourselves as part of that novelty arising is our momentum forward to new realities.
      • This is how we are able to anticipate.
    • Emotions help us be morally adept – lack of emotional wisdom can lead to sensory mismanagement (e.g. addictions).
  • Indigenous knowing vs western knowing.
    • Pay attention to deep listening to their bodies, planetary body, emotional relationship to the Planet is very attuned and attentive.
    • Working with life vs. creating for business in spite of life.
  • Re-enchanting ourselves.
    • Listening & hearing as essential guardians of our future.
    • Finding the ways we can do things to reconnect, reactive, and inspire our Emotional, Sensory and Rational ways of knowing.
    • Keeping asking questions and maintaining a state of wonder.
  • We are the agents, receiver and interpreters of reality.
    • We are Magical. We can transmute, change, alchemize things.
    • As alchemists we are engaging with the part of us connected to infinite consciousness.
    • Changing from no to how.
    • Changing ourselves and the universe simultaneously.
  • Sensory ADDENDUM
    • Recap on what you just saw and adding more complexity and diversity for this way of being to impact our lives.
    • Our bodies are magical territory (kingdom/queendom) that listens for sensations in our environment whilst we carry on with life!
      • We need to use rational and emotional to collaborate with this information so we can articulate this new information that is constantly updating – and yield a response to it that is suitable.
    • Ways to notice and work with sensory gateways:
      • Breathwork e.g. Holotropic
      • Singing deepens the connection to the whole self as deep ecology of life.
      • Sensory picks up energy messages whilst R and E are working in a room (e.g. chatting and feeling things). R & E can help us make sense of the sensory to see if we need to adapt our situation to best suit our own thriving. We must listen – collaboration.
        • Helps us access information and/or adapt environments to help us show up with creativity, joy, authenticity – in right relationship to our highest values.
      • Incoming/Outgoing impulses e.g. goosebumps & blushing.
        • Detect fear/excitement/physical need/sickness?
      • Noticing the expansion and contraction of our energy field.
        • Chakra system (Hindu tradition) works automatically to move energy for our system. In a healthy state or not affects the flow of energy in our chakra system. Changes usually temporary and shift like weather and our moods. Notice what you can notice.
        • Tension/flow – blocked or good flow state?
        • Internal/External environment – adapt both for flow state of connection? (locally and globally)
      • Stillness – pay attention to subtle messages – (constantly occuring).
      • Spatial awareness exercise:
        • Slow down the mind and noticing little things in the room can use spatial awareness to notice self. E.g. noticing items in a room without reacting – focus deeply on details.
      • Natural energetic dynamics with people and ideas i.e. Fields of Influence.
        • Watch how your body moves towards/away from people and opportunities. Good opportunity to the rational mind not be followed up on.
          • Laziness/procrastination or wisdom? Check-in on timing – key ingredient of information. i.e. Why am I delaying? Notice intelligence at play. Trust the possibilities.
      • Yoga, Stretching, Pilates brings focus into power of presence.
        • Age diversity/sensory customizes itself for your abilities and needs.
      • Sense the subtle energy for good and real information.
      • Contact Improv/Social presencing – great and fun ways to see how the body leads the movement when we let it and then we can learn from it. Can be done in a wheelchair or with whatever aspect of you can move or sense its reality.
      • Family Constellation work – we use our intuition and our spatial/relational awareness to orient people into positions that can tell us a story where we can learn things.
  • Sensory knowledge gives us intelligent choices – customized to who we are.

Lesson 5 Transcript: Brainstorming - the collaborative process

    • The role of Fields of Influence on brainstorming.
      • Who, and what, can you brainstorm with? And where?
        • With yourself, a tree, an ecology/environment, those who have passed, anything that is in Collective Consciousness.
          • It occurs from Inner RES into Outer RES, Collective Consciousness (and, with the right openness, can ideally draw from Planetary and Infinite Consciousness also).
    • Chaos flows between Rational, Emotional, Sensory.
      • The order comes from the active triadic relationship.
        • Only brainstorming with Rational can lead to the repetition of the past.
        • Only brainstorming with Emotional may not lead to longevity in design.
        • Only brainstorming with Sensory may appeal to some parts of the problem but not others, like budgeting, for instance.
    • Creating sustainable ideas in Living Systems.
      • Must include interdependence and the awareness of ‘the whole’.
      • Thanks to the movement in Living Systems and the elusive nature of the future, we do not know what will happen from that which we create, in a multi-verse.
      • Reaching out further (outer housing realms) increases access to wisdom and magic.
      • Changing our state of consciousness makes us able to reach out to the outer realms that encapsulate us (see next video ‘Ways of Being’).
    • All layers/levels influence and dialogue with each other (IC/PC/CC/OR/IR).
      • Influence and inform in all directions.
      • Knowing this can help create social innovation.
      • Our involvement needs to become more conscious, in order to be inclusive.
    • Remembering, and synthesizing, our WOK bias.
      • Supports our diversity in brainstorming for usable, creative, ideas.
      • Helps us create powerfully interdependent societies.
    • Conversation vs. Brainstorming – the differences.
      • Focus: Social (connecting with a person) vs. Subject (connecting with an idea).
      • Fluidity: Emotional adaptability and presence for the transference of high quality Energy and Information. It depends on deep listening.
      • Flow: The current (S/R) – to be moved by what is occurring (Tenet 1. Nothing is fixed).
        • Staying int he flow means we are working with our intuition and our Sensory Awareness. Being comfortable with change.
        • Experiencing Excitement, Camaraderie, Connection, Commitment and Enthusiasm in the exchange.
        • Being in an open state is KEY, for BRAINSTORMING.
    • Awareness and magic in inter-realmic reality.
      • How we are present influences what can happen next.
      • Novelty can occur for those who show up for it.
      • In Consciousness, the scale affects the reach of what we can create. Scale is not size but amplitude.
      • We influence without awareness, as well as with it. We cannot escape what we generate (an Experiential Truth).
      • The magic of novelty presents itself to those who show up for it.
      • Numinous space (IC/PC/CC) – and who hung out there (Picasso, Einstein, Jobs).
      • The Muse shows up for those who are present for her.
    • Choosing the right people to make Brainstorming fun!
      • What to do to make sure your space is inviting for brainstorming and why it matters.
      • Have people who can meet the different aspects of bringing an idea to fruition, i.e. with different skills.
      • Include people who, inexplicably, make you feel expansive and excited about the possibilities, unafraid of making mistakes.
        • Keep an eye on your environment – change it if necessary.
        • Have courage – be YOU. Make observations about how you are feeling so you can help alchemize the space.
    • Honoring the two tenets:
      • 1. Nothing is Fixed & 2. Energy waits to be noticed.
      • Notice how the brainstorming is feeling and be courageous – talk to the others to see if they’re feeling any limitation/frustrated too. You will be feeling and expressing a shared influence/environment. To be fully present to what you are feeling and sharing it in an inclusive way can shift the reality for others too. The environment releases itself when it is noticed. Alchemy!
    • Universe wants us to play.
        • Novelty is born, into Outer RES, that benefits the whole of the aliveness waiting to play with us. It has a knock-on effect into CC/PC/IC!
        • Listening to numinous space is the best thing we can do to access planetary and infinite consciousness.
        • As a living system, we can benefit from being in a living system.
        • This is how we contribute to our sentient Universe.

Lesson 6 Transcript: Changing States of Being, 4 Element Pathway

  • Ways of Being.
    • Inner RES => Inner Alchemy in the RES portals.
    • Inner RES = personal space, Outer RES = communical space.
    • Outer RES => Outer Alchemy.
  • You as the Master Alchemist.
    • Whole Picture Thinking – using your imagination to transform and transmute personal and/or creative ‘stuckness’.
  • The Four Element pathway is made up of the 4 elements – their qualities:
    • Air (Rational) – mingles and integrates into the wholeness of the environment you are in. Mixing pot of new ideas, not oppositional, but opening. Movement is natural. Planning, designing, and exploring, without attachment.
      • How to do that – opening questions:
        • ‘I’m wondering if/how/whether…’
        • ‘What if we…?’
        • ‘If we…’
    • Water (Emotional) – flow and fluidity; go with the flow, go around problems, don’t get stuck, keep it moving, willing to dive into the water (the problem), into the center of the turbulence where you become part of the heart of things. Good for dealing with blocking. Invite people with curious questions to keep things moving forward in flow.
      • How to do that – opening questions:
        • ‘I’m wondering if/how/whether…’
        • ‘This feels…’
        • ‘What if…’
        • ‘If I was water, in this moment, how would I be meeting this energy right now?’
    • Earth (Sensory) – committing to earthing ideas, trying them out, creating them, letting them go into the world (e.g. creating a prototype) and experimenting with the concept in a real way. Actualize it, let it become actual. Courage and willingness to be seen for what you believe in, even just for that moment. Courage to let go of other ideas, for now. Helps us evaluate if we should give up or try a new approach.
      • How to do that – opening questions:
        • ‘Let’s build the first iteration.’
        • ‘I agree with this approach’
        • ‘Let’s test this on the market.’
    • Fire (You) – You are the alchemist in the center of all of the movement! Fire transmutes and transforms things from one state to another. You alchemize into the outer world and you are alchemized within your inner world (if you are actively engaging with Dynamic Emergence).
      • Remembering and enacting the two tenets of DE:
        • Nothing is fixed & Energy waits to be noticed.
      • How to do that – opening comments:
        • ‘I recognize…’
        • ‘I invite in the elements ‘W/A/E’ to transmute this right now’
        • ‘I am in the power/I am willing to try this…’
        • ‘We are generating iterations…’
        • ‘I am creating…’
  • Recognizing the Outer RES/Inner RES dynamic relationship.
    • What do we need to recognize in order to become fully realized in the creative process? What must we recognize?
    • The process of creativity in the inter-realmic. Alchemy!
      • ‘I take in and I am influenced’.
      • ‘I create and I influence’.
  • Who to work with for this process?
    • Invite people and creative energy with curious questions, during a session, to keep it moving forward.
    • Recognize the chaos of life (politics, environment, social, etc.) as being ‘in touch’ with each other – energy moving, and touching, all the time.
    • Using your imagination and creative courage to take in wisdom beyond human to reach out, to create novelty.
    • Think ‘whole picture’ through the 4 element pathway to invite in powerful and surprising novelty.

Lesson 1 Transcript: Feedback Loops, how the universe talks to you (i)

  • Living system communication network: Feedback loop as a communication system between different realms and levels of the web of life.
    • How does the Universe talk to you?
      • Using it to develop a sense of self that is exemplary (above and beyond).
    • Human disconnection from our belonging.
    • The urgency of timing – needing to adapt behaviours to protect the future.
  • Returning to embeddedness:
    • How do I belong?
    • How is Universe talking to ME?
  • Universe talks to us through the planet and our mutual experiences:
    • In personal ways regarding how we’re doing in our own evolution.
    • On a global scale regarding how we’re doing in our relationship to her.
      • Personal Life mirroring where we can be communicated within ways personalised to our interests via metaphors, analogies, similes show up in various parts of our average daily lives. Shows up in:
        • Movies.
        • Books.
        • Radio.
        • Interviews.
        • Music (lyrics).
        • Overheard conversations in coffee shops!
        • Walking in Nature.
        • Sports.
      • Noticing what you notice/experience.
        • Placing a flag for learning (now or later).
      • Scale of messaging within the personal.
        • Small to large – why, and how, it varies.
          • Smaller events leading to bigger events, depending on our level of curiosity and direct inquiry.
        • How the thoughts show up as whispers of ideas e.g. ‘Oh I think I’ll go to the bookstore I love, and see what I see there.’
        • Or it may show up as a dream and a daytime event can remind us of that serendipity.
        • When we fail to notice, the scale increases, like volume, to get our attention.
  •
    •

Lesson 1 Transcript: Feedback Loops, how the universe talks to you (ii)

  • Feedback loops from Earth that speak to relationships between humans, all other species, and herself.
    • How she talks to us (communicates with us) on a large scale, especially pointing out what is out of balance:
      • Turtles trapped in plastic.
      • Whales & Dolphins beaching themselves to avoid marine sonar.
      • Birds eating plastic pollution.
      • The elements changing behaviour:
        • Tsunamis.
        • Rising Sea Levels (Florida, New York, Indonesia).
        • Drought (=> loss of sustainable food growth).
        • Earthquakes.
        • Wild Fires burning up forests (California).
          • Removes our Oxygen supply.
          • Destroys soil (affects food growth).
        • Oil Spills.
          • Creates toxicity in the sea (affects Oxygen, fish & ocean health, everyone’s food supply).
        • Melting Icebergs & Glaciers (ocean heating up & acidifying).
    • Humans being challenged to recognize our intelligence in order to respond in (r)evolutionary ways.
      • Reminder: we are not fixed (tenet 1) into these problems!
        • Tipping point dictates our ability to cohabitate – or not.
        • The nature of feedback loops is that the system will ‘kick us out’ of the overall habitat if we cannot live within the systemic bottom line needs.
    • Now is the time to develop our creative, innovative skills urgently.
    • It is time to lose the ‘bottom line’ idea since money cannot replace Oxygen, water, or food!
    • When we are out of synch with the overall system, we lose our psychic peace, our sense of belonging (ref Indigenous you map), our peacefulness.
    • Are we switched on, or off?? Are we noticing our interdependence yet? Or are we still seeing ourselves as silos?
    • NEXT – how the Universe talks to us to bring us back into coherence.

Lesson 1 Transcript: Feedback Loops, how the universe talks to you (iii)

    • Inversion Theory – reminder: When one aspect of RES is dominant, it becomes the inverse of itself.
      • Balance between all three needs to be present.
    • Feedback Loops exist to maintain the life of the system.
      • Scaling up the urgency of the Feedback Loops in order to get our attention through RES. The Universe is not being malevolent but simply mirroring at the scale of interrupt needed for us to adjust our behaviors.
        • Getting sick!
        • Having an auto accident.
        • Deep inquiry – from existential crisis to discovery. (e.g. ‘Am I happy? Why am I sad?’).
        • Noticing the things (i.e. activities) that make us happy!
          • Increased health and wellbeing.
          • Increased generosity of spirit.
          • Energy levels and strengthened energy field.
        • What understanding do you notice about how you perceive the nature of the Universe i.e. Do we imagine it to be Malignant or Benign?
          • Are you a victim or a conscious master creator or an unconscious co-creator?
    • DE Tenet 1 & Tenet 2 – noticing what is happening to you is a form of innovation in real time, affecting your energy field and your possibilities.
      • Love and Joy are greatest indicators of right choices.
      • Our fulfilment is a great indicator of our true connectedness being lived into.
      • This influences Consciousness as a whole.
      • Now the Ostrich can see where he’s going!

Lesson 1 Transcript: Feedback Loops, how the universe talks to you (iv)

    • How do we avoid hearing (escape) the Feedback Loop of Earth communicating to us? (e.g. ‘Gone Fishing!’)
      • Shopping as a coping mechanism (as an avoidance of being present with uncomfortable feelings).
      • Overburdening ourselves with stress, and over-thinking, causing confusion and separation.
        • Solution – switch from head to body and heart for communication solutions.
      • Running away from the problem – however we can… leave things.
      • Looking the other way – hiding from difficult truths.
      • Pursuit of money (or anything that we measure from the outside).
      • The stress of ‘keeping up’ with the increasing speed of the passage of time (fear of being ‘left behind’).
    • Decision making:
      • When stuck between two options, neither option is likely to be the ideal solution for who we are.
      • Checking that we are in the right context for what brings out the best in us.
      • Addressing this can help us find our authentic presence, and slow down time again.
    • Becoming present through embodiment and embededness.
      • Showing up authentically leads to belonging.
      • Diverse problem solving => resilient solutions.

Lesson 1 Transcript: Feedback Loops, how the universe talks to you (v)

    • Returning to Coherence, returning home through creativity.
      • Leaving behind the compromising choices for a coherent life experience. You choose what works for you – by finding that out you get to know yourself better! Getting into alignment with your nature (and Nature’s!).
        • Meditation.
          • 4 Different types.
            • Work.
            • Movement (walking).
            • Music.
            • Sitting.
        • Extend your community.
          • Get to know new people, new cultures, be influenced in unique and creative ways!
        • Music, Art, Crafts.
        • Self-Empathy.
          • Leading to wholeness.
          • Without self-empathy we can create cruelty, destruction and feel trapped in negative cycles.
          • With it, we can liberate ourselves from our suffering. This improves our social behaviours and our generosity.
          • What belief systems are you carrying – what are you creating because of them?
    • Free will is affected by our character (‘I’).
      • We choose what we do and what we learn, and when we learn.
      • Becoming the healer by becoming the tracker – transforming from victim to empowered and awake healer/being.
        • Time in Nature.
          • Spend times with trees, outdoors with community, walking, meandering.
          • Rumi – letting the whisper of our souls draw us forward, and our life begins.
        • Love, Awe & Wonder.
          • How curiosity invites us to wonder, alchemy, novelty, innocence and deep engagement.
          • This returns us to the heart of the Planet and Universe. Our zest for life feeds life well.
    • Our potential waits for our attention (Tenet 2: ‘Energy waits to be noticed’)
      • Your potential will affect future generations.
      • Become in accordance with laws of nature – they are good for our character to remain in a state of belonging.
      • We need to remember that we are not superior to that which we depend on.
      • Our survival depends on it.

Lesson 2 Transcript: Feedback Loops - Observer/Experiencer

  • The role of Observer/Experiencer in how we meet the opportunities of Cosmological feeback loops.
    • Red/Green columns = Experiencer/Observer.
      • Circle of experiences and how we might experience them as we travel through the cycle.
        • Green = Observer.
          1. Event =>
          2. Sensations =>
          3. Emotions =>
          4. Thoughts =>

          10. WOK =>
          11. Event => New Event (new experience of self in next event).
        • Observer will Notice, Witness and then Intercept.
            • Noticing the event.
            • Witnessing what we are experiencing in the event.
            • Intercept an old story and improve it, or neutralize it.
              • Creates peace inside us.
              • We can press ‘pause’ and slow down time, neutralize our impulse to react.
              • Using RES to impact our emotional, sensory, rational (mental) activity into a self-empathic situation.
        • Red = Experiencer. Examples of what we might suffer in the experiencer modality.
          1. Event =>
          2. Sensations =>
          3. Emotions =>

          10. WOK =>
          11. Event => Repeat Event (repeat the experience in the next event unless we switch modes to Observer).
        • Experiencer will Notice, React, and immediately Interpret (i.e. make up a story).
            • Humans love stories and drama!
            • Q: Do the stories help us evolve or keep us in a state of judgment and separation.
            • Does your story hold the Universe as benign or malevolent… is it safe (to you)?
    • How Outer RES experiences get colored by our Inner RES state.
        • Feedback Loops are part of human experience of living systems.
    • How I am being a Living Systems by demonstrating the following qualities:
        • Unpredictability.
        • Purposefulness.
        • Self-Generating.
        • Self-Organizing.
        • Self-Maintaining.
    • Negative Feedback Loop, Positive Feedback Loop, Inverse Positive Feedback Loop.
        • How we participate and perpetuate any of the above Feedback Loops.
        • Negative FL experience = experience maintaining itself (good or bad qualitatively from experiencer’s perspective).
        • Positive FL experience = means something grows beyond the boundaries of where it began (this can be an escalation that is positive or negative).
        • Inverse Positive experience = when we actively reduce our collective consciousness potential. It means its power is growing exponentially yet what it is creating is becoming increasingly limiting/limited.
      • Standing Rock as an example of N and P feedback loops meeting one another.
        • Native American People’s maintained their dignity, their ‘observer self’ and did not REACT.
        • Their ‘opposers’ perpetuated increasing levels of violence, through reacting i.e. the growth is indicative of a positive feedback loop behaviour. HOWEVER, as the level of violence increases then the reduction of possibilities also increases, which is the  INVERSE POSITIVE feedback loop. In other words, there is growth of a pattern but it’s growing in on itself and reducing the growth possibilities.
      • How embededness and belonging to the Earth, and the Cosmos, i.e. knowing where we deeply come from, enhance the experience and possibility of right relationship.
        • Our belongingness is an invitation for an exciting, worthwhile and compelling experience of being here, alive.

Lesson 3 Transcript: Karmic Time

  • Time as a feedback loop.
    • Inherent in timing, is meaning.
    • Cogs of Time (COT)
    • During a lifetime there are different timeframes for all of our life aspects, e.g. (from smaller to larger timeframes) the length of time it takes to learn to ride a bike, compared to the length of time to learn how to read, compared to the larger yet, karmic learning (literal lifetimes).
  • Arcs of Time (another perspective).
    • Different things happen in different arcs of time (AOT).
      • Passage of time vs. learning graph.
      • The length of time it takes for us to experience something, to learn something vs. the above where the ‘cogs of time’ are indicative of how long it typically takes all humans (for instance) to learn and grow in developmental stages.
  • Reincarnation and Samsara:
    • The wheel of suffering and liberation.
  • We experience many different life events at the same time, that have different ‘time arcs’.
    • Reviewing examples of ‘cogs of time’ (and their different scales of intersection) for a business Project:
      • Overarching beginning and end goals.
      • Budget.
      • Human Resources.
      • Technology options.
      • What environment do we want to have an impact on?
      • Marketing Dept.
    • The interacting cycles of time
      • By observing these COT, we can observe novelty and also project into the future with more certainty around sustainability.
  • Kronos and Kairos.
    • We have stepped away from Kairos (Kairological spatial time) to Kronos (Chronological linear time).
    • Chronological time deterministic in nature, unrelenting, passage of linear time. Quantitative. Measuring time from an exterior vantage point.
    • Kairological time circular/spatial/experiential/adaptable as it is personal. Qualitative. Measuring time from our personal sensitivities.
    • The Makeup industry exists due to our fear of Kronos!
    • Creative spaciousness is found in Kairos.
      • When we are being creative in Outer RES, we’re being kairological.
      • When we’re manifesting the results of that kairological exploration (immanent), deadlines help us deliver! Kronos (imminent reality) brings us down to earth to develop things now e.g. Climate Crisis – chronological impulse for us as it is a time-based issue that requires us to be creative NOW! It pulls, and folds, Kairos into itself.
      • Learning that through Kairos we can enter numinous space and enter (receive) Planetary & Infinite Consciousness (and wisdom).
      • Creative Collective/Collective Consciousness – we need to expand it so our CC can reach the higher realms.
        • This shows us our belongingness to the cosmological truth as presence in infinity.
  • Inherent belonging to Gaia.
    • Her natural cycles and needs, reflect our own developmental cycles, and vice versa. The idea of rhythm comes from her own rhythms.
    • Our relationship to time has shifted from being more in ‘natural time’ to more ‘regimented’ or ‘artificial’ time. We were more in synch with natural light and dark of the sunlight day/night.
    • Development of technology may be a reflection of the advancement of our minds ahead of our emotions and physicality.
      • How some women (competing in patriarchy for jobs) took the pill for an entire year, just to avoid having to miss work or focus due to menstruation.
      • Food technology; food poison and terminator seeds – interrupting natural cycles of life.
      • This interference affects the health of our waters and soil and livelihoods and geo-based cultural lifestyles.
  • Connecting Timing to Meaning.
    • When the Universe is talking to us particularly, paying attention to when it happens in our lives, connects it to meaning.
    • The COT could also represent different aspects of one person’s life:
      • Social Life, Work Life, Athletic Life, Intellectual Life, Spiritual Life, Romantic Life, Artistic Life… personal development has multiple interlocking cycles.
    • Serendipity, Karma and Joining the dots:
      • When a similar theme is able to show up in a number of different environments at the same time, it can catch our attention more easily (through the persistence of presence).
      • Universe supports our evolution – this is how.
    • Productivity = quality of how we are present in something (not measured by volume).
    • Through tracking Kronos we can access our Kairological space by witnessing what is going on, and why.

Lesson 1 Transcript: Cosmological YOU

  • Nested Hierarchies – exploring the levels of our own Consciousness.
    • How we are influenced and informed by these levels, and how we do the same to them.
    • Exploring the gifts of our phenomenology.
    • Inner RES/Core (‘YOU’):
      • Our entry point (portals) to all the other levels/realms/dimensions.
      • Infinite possibilities – this is why we recognize that nothing is fixed!
      • This gives you access to your potential to become self-aware and to alchemize, evolve and transmute.
    • Inner Self Emerging (becoming ‘I’):
      • Here you begin to enter the shared sphere of interaction with others.
      • Your personal Self (I) will transition to the collective Self (We). These need to be in alignment.
      • Sometimes we do not genuinely, or accurately, represent ourselves authentically in the Outer RES – it can be unsafe to do so, so we will present an artificial persona,  hiding parts of ourselves that we perceive as needing protection from a hostile environment. For instance, if you were gay in a period of time where it was held as illegal to be gay (i.e. to be fully yourself), you’d have to develop a fake persona to keep that information to yourself. This can be true in many spheres of ‘being ourselves’, e.g. depending on family dynamics, cultural dynamics, political dynamics, etc. This fake persona, the energy it takes to deny ourselves, can make us ill.
    • Outer RES (interactive zone):
      • This is where we create externally – we come out and play together!
      • The ‘I’, our interface, enables us to become part of the public play area, in the interactive zone.
      • How we show up here (as an expression of ‘I’) influences what can happen next (i.e. in CC).
      • How we show up here also influences how easily other people can show up. The more genuine we are, the more permission the whole Outer RES field has for others to show up authentically too. The more hidden we are, the more hidden others will subtly be.
    • Collective Consciousness (emergent phenomena):
      • This area is affected by how we show up in Outer RES.
      • Holds the influence of our collective emergent phenomena (from Outer RES).
      • This is our potentiality – it impacts all that which comes before, and comes after.
      • Shared energy field.
    • Planetary Consciousness (multi-collective consciousness – cross-species – life family):
      • We come into being thanks to Planetary Consciousness.
      • Human consciousness is slightly abstract, there is also a physicality that arises from here.
      • All life inhabits this field.
      • Each species has its own version of the RES map – not necessarily with RES that humans experience – but with the embeddedness of connectedness to each other energetically, karmically, and spiritually.
      • Humans affect their own creativity because of our RES makeup/design. We have a choice here to limit ourselves or to generate positive, life-enhancing, behaviors. Other species to do not operate with that potential to uniquely affect life’s longevity.
      • All species are sentient, all species are intelligent. All life is sentient, all life is intelligent.
        • Until we grasp that, we may be bound to keep commodifying life to its, and our, detriment.
        • This is due to our not recognizing our inherent belonging or the phenomenal nature of the universe.
          • This video supports the recognition of this for those who have lived with this knowledge in isolation of their community, and invites this new persepctive in for those who have not realized this before. Welcome!
      • We cannot now continue to create in the Outer RES without bringing on board Planetary Consciousness.
        • This is the only way to have the wisdom we need to create a sustainable future.
        • RES are portals to access reverie, respect and right relationship.
        • It is time to transform and transmute belief systems that no longer serve.
        • We are beautifully designed!
      • All of the family of life lives here.
        • We are interdependent. We are evolving Earth’s Collective Consciousness.
        • We are living a shared, unfolding, story.
    • Infinite Consciousness (Cosmic Consciousness – Cosmic Creative Mystery!):
      • Houses the Universe.
      • Houses the Planet.
      • Houses Multi-verses.
      • Houses us!
      • Cosmic Creative Mystery!
        • Loci for multi-dimensional and multi-realmic arising.
        • AKA the Great Creating Principle that releases energy and potential into our Universe.
        • We live in a multi-universe setting!
    • Returning to our Core – you… the Cosmic Creative Mystery!
      • At your center, you are also a cosmic creative mystery!
      • You ARE the great creating principle that releases energy and potential into the Universe.
      • You ARE the Universe – with the same features, but on a personal scale, of ‘I’.
      • When we recognize our belongingness to the overall family of life, and our inherent relationship to ALL of life, our potential erupts into life!
        • This understanding is where our creative potential to explode radically, resides.
        • This understanding will help us access planetary and cosmological consciousness.
        • This helps us reach radical freedom, liberation, and self-awareness.
        • As we explode our center RES through this realization of belonging, we explode our need for it, because we are now BIGGER BEINGS.
        • This explosion of our Inner RES, like a star, is our connection expressing itself, our belonging demonstrating itself and it is our returning.
          • Then we become everything – that merging, that EMERGING may be our ultimate Dynamic Emergence.
          • This is all up to us to figure out, through working together, on ourselves, to become re-enchanted and awoken.
    1.

Lesson 2 Transcript: Inter-realmic properties

  • Experiential qualities for each realm:
    • Realms: Infinite, Planetary, Collective Consciousness, Outer RES, Inner RES, Core personal potential. Nested Hierarchies – living system.
    • Infinite Consciousness:
      • The expresser, and container, for all life, and for all that might be possible. All the potential laws of the various multiverses may be contained within Infinite Consciousness. All the potential energy and form. Our original ultimate home (God).
      • Everything that resides here is part of the inter-realmic existence of life.
      • Purple – crown chakra, connects us to light, to infinity. It’s the heart of infinity. Kronos and Kairos reside, and are born, from infinite consciousness. There is no bias here. There is a felt – lived – acceptance of the totality and profundity of our existence here. Our karmic roots and DNA, all form, inhabit this place, are born here. All is capable of becoming because it’s housed in ‘the ultimate bigness’ (that also resides in our inner infinity).
        • For some this is God and for other’s it is perfect science.
      • Perfection of the possibilities where all is in chaos and waiting to become an expression of order, momentarily, which will then fade away and be reborn anew, to travel through each of the other layers and realms.
    • Planetary Consciousness:
      • Our sensorial reference point.
        • Biodiversity, psychic diversity, intelligence(s), the WOK, diversity of relationship. All exists in this interdependent field.
      • An intelligence that predates human intelligence.
        • It is informed by other realms and other ways of knowing – it filters through to the rest of life as a sentient gestalt of perfect patterns, that know how to reinforce each other, and know how to keep each other in balance.
      • Provides physical and psychic reference points
        • Simultaneously allowing for the emergence of our own Inner RES and the innate intelligences that reside in each realm, that we experience as a human body.
      • It births all the amazingness that it inherits from Infinite Consciousness.
        • It has created coherence and order in form.
      • Provides the opportunity for every single species to experience itself as an embodied being.
        • Everything that is alive is alive because of Earth. She gave us life, as the Cosmos gave her life.
        • Gratitude in belonging.
      • Residence of Ancestral (indigenous) Knowing.
        • Indigenous and Planetary have a relationship that is understood to our aliveness. Nature’s intelligence and Ancestral intelligence are our allies, needed right now, more than ever.
        • We are all indigenous to somewhere. However, today the visible indigenous are the only ones living according to their traditions and values – the same traditions that we need to live by.
        • Returning to harmony with our place, our belongingness, our embeddedness. Embedded circles of life.
      • Green – heart chakra. Middle chakra between ‘above and below’ – where we can travel between the etheric and sensorial realms, the relational realms.
      • Represents land, earth, heart, love.
        • Recognising our dependence on her.
      • She and we are interdependent.
        • We, however, are more dependent on her for health and wellbeing and intelligence.
        • Planet is responsible for us being here. She created us.
        • There is an inherent essential interdependent relationship between life forms and planetary consciousness/wellbeing and cosmological consciousness (infinite consciousness).
    • Collective Consciousness:
      • Transition point between physicality of planet and our potential for creating.
      • It’s the human story as it is held in the ethereal realms.
        • The place of connection between the possible and the created.
        • Sum total of what kind of potential we are creating for ourselves i.e. how we are asleep and how we are awake.
      • We cannot dictate what resides in CC – nothing can hide. (i.e. you cannot escape that which you generate – our energy field generates phenomena).
        • However, we can reach for yet greater heights through CC.
          • Reference Feedback Loops.
        • Collective Consciousness is human – to help us look at our species (whilst PC houses all species consciousness).
        • Container and resource for all we are creating. Limited only by our own imaginations.
          • So why do we say ‘it’s just your imagination!’ Why would we infantilise our imaginations?
          • I-MAGIC-THE NATION, i.e. ‘I’ & Magi = magician, alchemist & Nation = territory.
            • I have the power to alchemise the territory of the Universe (and myself).
            • Our imaginations are the greatest gift we get from Cosmological Consciousness, and when we reduce the potency of our imaginations, we are cutting off our link to cosmological spontaneity and the creative force of the universe itself.
          • Personal Beliefs:
            • They have an impact on our collective potential.
      • Orange – second chakra – creativity, fecundity, sex, fertility, interaction (relational) and is responsible for creation.
    • Outer RES:
      • Realm of interaction on a more human level. Where we meet one another to discern:
        • Truth from non-truth.
        • Useful from non-useful.
        • Creative and tangible from not-quite-now ideas.
      • What arises from how we interact here is how/where form happens.
        • Also where we happen, as form.
        • Whoever we are being when we are creating will emerge into the form of anything we are creating, or will create. We are not separable from outcomes that we are part of – and we are part of all outcomes because we are part of life.
          • Cooking analogy – whatever is in the mixing bowl, will be in the meal:
            • Experiential Truth: You can’t escape what you generate.
      • Design phase/realm:
        • All interactions between humans and other species influence, and instruct, greater realms of consciousness what to do next.
          • How does it influence greater consciousness (CC and up) if I chop down a rainforest – is the question how I’m doing it, or just that I’m doing it?
          • And how does that influence Planetary Consciousness?
          • Asking good questions, that we don’t know the answer to, helps us connect to consciousness in a deep, meaningful, illuminating, way.
            • Where we cannot find answers can be a signal for where we have yet to connect in an expansive way to the larger realms – this is exciting!
            • Using our questions as a telephone to connect, to be in touch.
      • The outers RES breathes scale and scope into the next generation’s potential (of anything).
        • Nothing is wasted in this realm, nothing is lost – because it’s embedded in our CC. All we create here matters and influences the future of sentience of life.
      • Yellow – 3rd chakra – will to power. Where human egos meet and talk, negotiate, design, craft, debate, discover. Very pro-active. Solar plexus. We assert ideas here (grounding) – and need to express our passion here so it can matter and contribute.
        • This is were it is important to help people contribute their ideas – all ideas have value in DE, and need to be expressed somehow, we all bring different knowing, waiting to be included.
          • Finding how each person works best: We live along a scale of extremes of ways of being: masculine/feminine, pre-post conquest, shy/extrovert, etc., verbal/non-verbal, rationa/emotional/sensory, etc.
      • Personal identity & representation – this is where we need it to show up to contribute to the greater whole.
    • Inner RES:
      • Blue – throat chakra – communication, emerging into shared space requires our expression, in whatever form is part of our personal stylistic ‘gestalt’. We are dynamic emergence!
      • We are cosmically influenced, planetarily gifted, part of a Collective Consciousness – having people to interact with –  and we have an opportunity to express ourselves as a unique person, a being. We get to be our version of what the whole hierarchy wants to say. Ambassadors for the planet, members of the CC, us as individual members of a cosmological force, beyond compare!
        • Observer/Experiencer: Here we get to reflect on the experience of being in Outer RES and make it useful for our own evolution (which in turn contributes to the CC).
      • This is where we show up in the world as ‘I’ and proactively, creatively, connect with all the other realms.
        • I/Ego showing up in the etheric potential of creativity, as an expression of planet.
        • This is our character, impulsiveness, what we do with what we know, that wants to contribute.
        • Our responsibility is to work on our evolution – tremendous opportunity to experience inspirational, reachable, goals.
      • This is where we need to notice what is happening,
        • We can take it into the Inner RES and subsequently into the Outer RES, and beyond.
      • What happens here influences all of life.
        • And what we understand about what happens here needs to be understood as having an instantaneous impact (consciousness is non-local).
        • Referring to Tenet 1 ‘Nothing is fixed’ and Tenet 2 ‘Energy waits to be noticed.’
      • We are full of personal power.
        • We can operate as part of, or as separate from, in our imagination.
        • We are made of/from infinity so we have infinite power and potential.
        • Reference Infinity mindmap.
        • We need to re-member (bring back together) who we are with where we come from.
      • What we decide here creates our philosophies and burns/creates our karma.
        • This influences our destiny.
        • Hence the need to understand how we create belief systems, why, and how to change them, to liberate our fluid relationship to infinity.
      • Blue – throat chakra – expressing ourselves into the universe.
    • Core Inner RES (Core self):
      • The most intimate aspect of our design – where we have the most cognitive experience of ourselves as the embedded elements of ourselves as cosmos.
        • Three unique portals: Body, Feelings and Mind.
          • We take in information we explore it and transmute it to evolve ourselves.
          • Here we affect the energy field of the imaginary, the phenomenal and the intuitive through how we relate to ourselves in the inner portals.
          • We can (and do) travel non-locally, to every realm, feeding directly into the CC.
          • Our imagination allows us to travel to the stars.
          • This is why we need to focus on our Inner RES evolution because it has lasting (but it can change in an instant) impact on our individual, and collective, potential.
        • Monitoring who we are is the root of sustainable living.
          • Transmute energy here at the core.
            • Challenge karmic, cultural inheritance here.
            • Psychological consciousness comes into play here (and Infinite consciousness is our philosophical consciousness).
          • RES are our magical portals, because this is where we can alchemise the present and the future.
            • Our transformation is part of our individuation, how we ‘grow up’.
          • In Inner Core RES we are free, if we act on it.
            • This is where we access our Inner Infinity – our inherent numinous space – that links us to ‘exterior infinity’.
            • Meditation, Journaling, Sacred Walking, Tantric lovemaking are keys that can help us to make, and experience, that connection.
              • These elevate our consciousness to a place of kindness and cooperation.
          • War may be a direct result of having lost our feeling of belonging, lost our awareness of the gifts of our own design.
            • Therapy can help many discover their potential, and so can understanding DE, and our design.
            • Should governments, on behalf of the collective, pay for our evolution to help us evolve and live more copacetically?
        • Purple/Red – crown chakra and root chakra. The chakras of belonging to earth (root – physical) and infinity (non-physical).
          • We live in a psychic world of seen and unseen.
          • Form and non-form. Not everything is meant to come into form. The non-form supports the presence of form.

Lesson 3 Transcript: Infinity - using RES for Enlightenment

  • RES as portals.
    • How knowing allows us to change modes.
    • How we can learn directly about the Universe through the portals.
    • Taking charge of the gifts that are inherent in our design!
      • Making choices consciously with mastery of the portals.
  • How life talks to us through multi-faceted ways of knowing/being.
    • The feminine modality – listening for communication.
    • The masculine modality – the expression of that communication.
    •  Yin/Yang.
      • Finding ourselves in each other.
    • Life talks to us through thinking, feeling, and our body.
      • We each hear uniquely.
      • Therefore we each get messages uniquely.
      • Diversity is the beauty of complexity.
  • Layers of Consciousness reviewed.
    • Inner RES
    • Outer RES
    • Collective Consciousness
    • Planetary Consciousness
    • Infinite Consciousness
    • Each level influences the next and inhabits the next.
  • Communication between layers/realms is ongoing and multi-dimensional and in all directions.
    • Interacting exchange of information at all levels
    • Simultaneous yet shows up uniquely in each level.
      • Feeling emotions that conflict with our idea of spirituality amidst the perfection of all that is, simultaneously.
  • Is spirituality competitive – emotional bypass?!?
    • How a paradigm can influence our perception of spiritual growth.
    • Emotional trauma and being a spiritual being can co-exist.
  • Ladder of Enlightenment!
    • Competition can create an experience of consciousness-raising like ‘snakes and ladders’. Precarious!
    •  Spiritual development only goes ‘forward’, maintaining itself.
  • Spiral of awareness – healing Samsara.
    • We suffer until we don’t need to in order to grow.
    • The repetition of healing wounds at different levels.
      • Emotional bypass – and healing through acceptance – without judgment.
      • Liberation from suffering is based on our involvement with our healing process.
  • Integration as healing.
    • Going into our suffering allows us to ‘touch in’ and ‘know’ it and integrate it.
    • The living system of enlightenment.
    • The intelligence of the design.
  • Self-Mastery.
    • Shifting knowing to being.
      • Brings us more in touch with all the levels and realms.
      • Evolving, integrating, accepting – completes the samsara possibilities.
      • Self-acceptance removes the limits of our own potential.
        • Arriving at our inner infinity!
        • The center of each of us is infinite and connected to overall infinity.
          • You are infinity!
          • You exist everywhere.
  • The journey of our energy as a web of life.
    • The quality of potential in the modalities.
      • Intro to the receptivity of RES, and how we work with that (in next video).
