Humans are designed to be extraordinary. Just as we are cited as using only 4% of our brain’s potential, the same can be said for our creative potential. It is time to trust ourselves and our team or community’s potential.
I have been exploring creativity most of my life – first instinctually, and then more consciously. I’ve learned that one of the biggest ways to be taught by creativity is to give up control of outcomes and dive into the not-knowing. It feels risky but is also the most reliable way to discover something that has value, meaning, and impact. Not only that, but creativity helps us evolve as we develop something ‘outward facing’. This means that what we share, we believe in… and this is what travels to our audience, our clients, and our projects. Success is the gift of personal commitment – and is worth taking the risk for. Your life, your ideas, your company, and your community, are all worth it.

I have spent my life traveling through new situations in industry, education, and on life’s many platforms, learning how to navigate energy and outcomes in UK, Europe and California. I have found ways of listening for (sensing) the flow of changing situations that can now serve you. Every situation has the potential to transform outcomes – however complex. Dynamic Emergence helps us track situations in real time. I can show you how to use the sensations you might fear, as invitations to breakthrough. The sense of risk is the key to change – both in crisis and hope.
