Your journal can be a personal book, loose-leaf binder or digital device. Small enough to carry with you or big enough to be left in a creative space.
You are asked to write reflections on experiences and materials that you view/see/discuss in and out of sessions. You might draw from these in the forums.
There are specific activities that you’ll reflect on in your journal e.g. meditations, group exercises, self-reflection questions, video/mindmap insights, etc.
How to write?!? Stream of consciousness!
Just write! In other words, don’t ‘craft’ something or think it through, you simply place your pen on the paper and write, write, write. If you get stuck write ‘stuck, stuck, stuck’ until something new happens. It releases mental blocks and helps to bring humour & creativity back into the mix.
