- An exercise for stream of consciousness journaling:
- Start a sentence with “if you really knew me…” and just let yourself write!! No edits, no changes, no analysis, no judgment, no stopping. Do it for 3mins and see what happens (TIP: let your imagination flow!).
- Experiment with RES – all three – to see what happens differently for you with each, regarding Changing States.
- Be prepared to report back and share in the forum.
- Create your own Temenos as a practice (can be outside or inside).
