8. ‘Changing your State of Consciousness’ self-reflection questions.

Questions:

  1. Do you have a journaling practice?
    1. How regular is it?
    2. What does it look like?
    3. What encourages you to be persistent with it?
    4. What do you get from your practice?
    5. Would you be interested in experimenting with a new approach, just to see what happens? Let’s do it! Pick one, and stick to it for a week!
  2. An exercise for stream of consciousness journaling:
    1. Start a sentence with “if you really knew me…” and just let yourself write!! No edits, no changes, no analysis, no judgment, no stopping. Do it for 3mins and see what happens (TIP: let your imagination flow!).
  3. Experiment with RES – all three – to see what happens differently for you with each, regarding Changing States.
    1. Be prepared to report back and share in the forum.
  4. Create your own Temenos as a practice (can be outside or inside).
    1. What did you choose – can you describe it?
    2. What does it feel like to you?
    3. Why this place/this practice?
